The GEOIP.dat database is roughly 30MB and more technical which may make this a better option for most of you.
1. Go to MaxMind.com and signup for an account.
2. Go to the following page after you signup:
http://www.maxmind.com/app/web_services#city
3. Buy MaxMind GeoIP City/ISP/Organization Queries
- it is $20 per 50,000 queries which should be enough for most of you beginners.
4. After you buy it will take some time for your account to be credited.
5. While you wait, you can implement!
